Solo Leveling Could Join Fortnite Soon – New Skins, Emotes, and Ant King Rumored

Fortnite is known for teaming up with big names from movies, games, and anime. Now, if the latest leaks are true, one of the most popular anime series right now – Solo Leveling – could be the next big crossover.

Solo Leveling started airing in January 2024 and quickly became a fan-favourite. It’s even passed One Piece in the number of reviews, showing just how popular it has become. Because of its rising fame, it makes sense that Epic Games would want to bring Solo Leveling characters into Fortnite.

The leak comes from well-known source Nick Baker. Although it doesn’t confirm exact details, fans believe Fortnite might soon introduce skins based on the anime’s characters. The main character, Sung Jin-Woo, is expected to be one of them. Other possible characters include Cha Hae-in and Lee Joo-hee.

The powerful Ant King aka Beru who appeared in the Jeju Island arc of the anime is also a skin that fans are hoping to see. His scenes were among the most discussed, and quickly became a fan favorite monster.

If a Solo Leveling crossover does happen, it will not be simple character skins. Fortnite typically features themed items such as pickaxes, back blings, gliders and emotes. Fans can look forward to some special accessories with the anime’s aesthetics in mind.

Fortnite regularly adds both new and returning collaborations. Recently, characters like Lara Croft from Tomb Raider and Paul Atreides and Chani from Dune were added. Anime crossovers have become a big part of the game’s appeal. Titles like Naruto, Dragon Ball, and Attack on Titan have all joined Fortnite already. So, bringing in Solo Leveling seems like a smart move.

While nothing is officially confirmed yet, the chances of a Solo Leveling crossover look strong. With its current popularity and Fortnite’s history of anime collaborations, it could happen sooner than we expect.
